This program contains 365 individual days of training, designed to teach
the discipline needed for long term effectiveness.

The Training Manual includes the following:
- Annual, monthly, weekly hours specific to athletes level / experience
- Heart rate intensity determined by phase of training
- Heart Rate Zone Chart
- Cardio abbreviations, definition page
- Cardio and strength ratio chart
- Weight training diagrams(techniques specific to cycling and injury
prevention)
- Weight training abbreviations, definition page
- ALL scheduled team training events (times and locations, see monthly
calendar)
- Races calendar(all races on sched. dates rated by level of importance)
- 12 month calendar(journal for hours, training notes, race results,
etc.)
